Peanut and Bud, former owners of Wanda Angel

Bud       9/13/04 - 9/12/07

Peanut 10/27/03 - 9/20/07

Bud went to Rainbow Bridge on September 12, 2007 at the age of 3. Bud was Peanut's son, from Peanut and Shelly's first litter of 4 pups.  Bud had 1 brother and 2 sisters.
One week after Bud died, Peanut slipped out at the age of 4 to Rainbow Bridge with Bud.  Peanut was my very first flyer, the one who made me fall in love with flying squirrels and the reason for Bud. They were father and son. Peanut was a VERY special little guy.
I keep thinking of how Peanut would get his wheel going just as fast as he could, then stop to let it spin him around and sling him out. That tickled me to death to see him do that.

I miss the little guys so much.  They will both be in my heart forever.

Scoot

Scoot, former owner of Glorya Fairchild

Feb. 14, 2004 - Feb14, 2006

Scoot spend the two years of his life in a semi, traveling between Mississippi and California.  He logged over 70,000 miles during these two years and spent a great deal of time playing on the curtains in hotel rooms.
Scoot was orphanned when he was a few days old because his mother had built her nest in a bluebird house and the owner shot the mother.
Scoot will always be missed and I can't wait until I meet him at the Rainbow Bridge.

You were my first little flyer.  You stole my heart and I'll never forget you.
